Islay’s workshops offer space for deeper exploration; weaving together movement, philosophy, and self-inquiry. She believes that a sustainable practice includes all layers of being: body, energy, mind, and inner wisdom.
Each workshop is thoughtfully crafted in collaboration with the host community, and balances delicacy with depth. With more time to pause, reflect, and connect, these offerings often draw from sources such as Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga, the Vedic Kosha system, and classical yogic and Indian texts.
